Hotel Policies

Resort Fee

• In addition to the room rate, there is a 10% resort fee charged per room, per night, which covers a variety of guest services including, but not limited to:
  • Complimentary use of the Fitness Center
  • Complimentary high-speed Internet access in all guest rooms
  • Complimentary wireless connections in public areas, at the pool and on the beach
  • Complimentary use of non-motorized water sports equipment such as float mats, boogie boards, hobie cats, kayaks, water bicycles and snorkeling equipment

Full Room & Tax Prepayment

Full prepayment of your total estimated room, tax and resort fee charges will be charged at time of booking. All major credit cards and money orders, or checks forwarded directly to the hotel are accepted. The remaining balance will be paid directly at the hotel upon departure.

Check-In and Check-Out Time

• Check-in time is after 4 p.m.
• Check-out time is 12 p.m.
• Should you require a late check-out and a room is available, a half-day room rate will apply up to 3 p.m., and a full day rate will be applied for guests wishing to depart after that time.

Cancellation Policy

• Full reimbursement of the pre-payment for the reservation if cancellation occurs before 90 days of arrival date
• Cancellations that occur after 90 days before arrival date will forfeit total amount of the prepayment for the reservation

Changes to Reservations

No changes will be allowed at any time with the exception of adding extra nights, based upon availability.

Connecting/Adjoining Room Requests

We cannot confirm requests for connecting or adjoining rooms; however, we will make every effort to meet your requests. Kindly note that special attention will be given to families with 2 or more rooms traveling with children under the age of 12.

Double/Double Bed Requests

Limited availability. Must be confirmed and guaranteed by Reservation Agent at time of booking, if available.

Number of Guests Per Room

• Rooms with king size beds comfortably accommodate two guests
• Rooms with two queen size beds comfortably accommodate four guests – two adults and two children under 12
• Additional persons will be assessed $75 each, per evening, for a standard guestroom and $150 each, per evening, for a Club Level room.

Pets

Pets are not allowed on property.

Rollaway Beds

Rollaway beds will only be allowed in Executive Suites and Garden View Suites at a rate of $50 per night ($100 Club Level). Only one rollaway bed per room or suite is permitted.

Spa

Persons 17 years and under are not allowed to use the spa facilities at any time unless accompanied by an adult.

Damage items/Lost articles

The Hotel shall not be responsible for damage or loss of any merchandise or articles brought into the Hotel or for any items left unattended.
