For almost 20 years, Chase has been a noteworthy resident and industry leader in the Atlantic City, NJ area. You may know him from his time building and branding multiple high-end retail stores in the casinos; or perhaps from his time steering and broadening a special events and promotions business near and far.

Driven by his wanderlust, passion for meeting new people, and proclivity for dressing to the nines, Chase quickly found his happy place as President and Owner of Gem Casino Travel. Previous experience and relationships in the casino industry have been a great benefit to his smooth transition. Many have stated that his professional, vivacious, and empathetic personality makes it easy for him to create long-lasting relationships.

All in all, Chase loves providing one-of-a-kind, personalized service to guests and is always excited to meet someone new. When he isn’t traveling the world, Chase loves spending time with his family, dogs, and dear friends. In his spare time, you can find him on Broadway in New York City for dinner and a show or sometimes close-by, supporting local charities – and occasionally taking a break from all the action with a day at the spa!

As a resident and native of Atlantic County, and a descendent of generations of casino workers, Lauren has long-time experience and understanding of the casino, entertainment, and marketing industry.  Lauren has learned the art of customer service from one of the best, her stepdad Larry Ostroff, who has been an esteemed figure of the casino industry in Atlantic City since 1978, finally retiring in 2010 as Director of Customer Development from Foxwoods in Connecticut.

Lauren began her first venture in the business in 2007 with her family-friend Chase, opening and directing six high-end retail stores in multiple Atlantic City casino properties for years to come, while organizing and directing special event giveaways to high rollers. In later years when Chase became a part of Gem Casino Travel, Lauren was quick to jump aboard (pun-intended), pursuing her passion for travel, exploration, and culture.

When Lauren isn’t traversing new lands and trying new foods, she enjoys using her hands and mind to create new things. Being the aesthete she is, you can find her sketching or painting in a dark room, or collecting, defleshing, and processing bones and teeth from perished wildlife.

Christina has been in the casino industry for a total of 37 years! Talk about experience - the last 12 years she has been a VP of Customer Development with Gem Casino Travel. She has been involved with every facet of the casino industry and brings a wealth of hospitality knowledge to the Gem team. To Christina, customers become like family and are treated as such. No question goes unanswered or any detail too small. 

Nicole started working in the hotel at the Atlantic City Hilton in 2000 and eventually moved over to the casino side of things.  She began working for Gem Casino Travel in 2006, continuing to serve customers and help make their casino traveling experiences the absolute best.

Nicole is a mother who loves family, friends, football, and food!

Mabel began her casino career moving from Philadelphia, PA to Atlantic City, NJ in the summer of 1990. Through various positions in the casino industry from Server, Poker Trainer, Dealer, Floorperson to Executive Poker Host, Mabel has first hand knowledge of servicing and fulfilling clients’ expectations; making for an enjoyable, relaxing and memorable experience whether the desired destination is on land or sea.

For fun and leisure, Mabel enjoys spending time with friends and family, is an avid foodie, loves traveling, tennis, photography and playing high stakes poker. Mabel resides in Ventnor NJ.

Starting in the business several years ago, Tonilynn took over her mother Sandi Tallon’s clients after she passed in 2018. Sandi Tallon, known as Sandi with an “I,” had been an established and beloved junket representative for 20+ years in Atlantic City, and has passed on her legacy to her daughter, Toni with an “I,” with smooth fluidity.
